Aleksander Reitsakas

Chairman of the Board of Aktors

Aleksander Reitsakas participated in X-Road architecture visualisation seminars and was the first project manager of the X-Road project in the consortium, which helped realise the X-Road idea. At the time, the core specialists who later founded Aktors, worked in a company named Assert.

Kedi Välba

CEO, Member of the Board

Kedi Välba has been working in the company since 2013 and has held various roles in projects and worked as HR and Communications Manager. In recent years, she has actively represented Aktors in the activities of the Estonian ICT Cluster and promoted the e-Estonia success story internationally.

Katre Saard

Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Katre Saard has been working for the company since 2023. She is one of the few Estonian women to have reached the board of an international listed company. She has lived and worked for a long time in London, where she has built a successful career in the financial sector.

Jüri Örd

Project Manager, Member of the Board

Jüri Örd is an experienced project manager with skills in business analysis, requirement analysis, design, and specification of databases and interfaces.
